Advantages of my country's auto mold

Compared with the high level of foreign countries, my China’s automobile mold industry has a significant gap. Mainly manifested in the following points: First, poor manufacturing accuracy. Taking seals as an example, many people have reported that domestically-made cars have poor sealing performance.

(1) The production process of automobile has been greatly developed. Through the design of supplementary surface, CAE finite element analysis and die stamping process, the stamping process is optimized, which shortens the cycle of die manufacturing and testing, and reduces the cost. 

(2) With the rapid development of my China’s automobile industry in recent years, the demand for molds has soared, and the number of mold companies serving automobile molds has increased dramatically. The automotive mold companies in the automotive industry are mainly equipped with large-scale molds for automobile body parts with their technical strength, equipment configuration and production capacity. They use their own advantages to focus on solving the molds for large-scale cover parts such as body structure parts. There is no more investment capacity for the molds of some small and medium-sized parts, so they can only turn to the society, so many mold companies make small and medium-sized automobile molds for them.
